How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select your size, add to cart and check out. You'll receive an order confirmation on email and WhatsApp within minutes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), all major credit and debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across India. COD is available on orders up to ₹10,000.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes — within 2 hours of placing the order. Reach out to us on WhatsApp or email at hello@seamingly.in. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, COD is available on all prepaid-eligible pin codes across India. A small COD handling fee of ₹49 may apply.

How do I find my correct size?

Use our Size Guide on every product page — it lists measurements in inches for bust, waist, hip, and length. We also mention the model's height and the size she's wearing, so you can compare directly.

Your sizing is "drafted for Indian bodies" — what does that mean?

Most global brands scale down Western patterns, which don't account for Indian body proportions — shorter torsos, different bust-to-waist ratios, and hip curves. We draft each pattern from scratch on Indian body blocks, so the fit feels intentional, not adapted.

I'm between two sizes. What should I pick?

Our pieces run true to size for Indian proportions. If you're between sizes: for corsets and structured tops, go one size up for comfort. For skirts and bottoms, stick with your usual size — the denim gives slightly after a few wears.

What size does the model wear?

Every product listing mentions the model's height and the size she's wearing so you can gauge the fit on a real body, not a flat chart.

Do you offer plus sizes?

We currently carry XS to XL (26 to 34 in bottoms). We're actively working on expanding our size range — join our mailing list to be the first to know.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Jaipur) typically receive orders in 3–5 business days.

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is free on all orders above ₹2,999. For orders below ₹2,999, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently ship across India only. International shipping is on our roadmap. Follow us on Instagram @seamingly.in for updates.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can also track your order from the "My Orders" section in your account.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day easy return and exchange window from the date of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags intact.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

WhatsApp us at [your number] or email hello@seamingly.in with your order number and reason. We'll arrange a reverse pickup within 48 hours.

Is return shipping free?

Yes — return pickup is completely free. No hidden charges.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The amount is credited to your original payment method. COD refunds are processed to your bank account or as store credit, per your preference.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Absolutely. Size exchanges are the most common reason for returns and we make it seamless. If the new size is in stock, we ship it as soon as the return pickup is confirmed — no need to wait for the return to reach us.

What kind of denim do you use?

We use premium Tencel denim and structured cotton denim, sourced for softness, durability, and a refined drape. Every fabric is tested for colourfastness, shrinkage, and comfort before going into production.

Will the colour fade after washing?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Where is Seamingly based?

Seamingly is an Indian brand, designed and operated from India. Our pieces are conceptualised, pattern-drafted, and manufactured domestically.

How should I care for my Seamingly pieces?

Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Hang dry in shade. Do not bleach. Iron on low heat if needed. For corsets and structured pieces, we recommend hand washing for longer life.

Are your products pre-shrunk?

Yes, all our denim is pre-shrunk during production. You can expect less than 1% shrinkage after washing — the fit you try on is the fit you keep.

Who designs the clothes?

Every piece is designed by our founder, Riddhi Khichi — a fashion designer and UID Gandhinagar graduate — along with a small in-house design team. No outsourced templates, no copied patterns.

Is Seamingly a sustainable brand?

We believe in making fewer, better things. We produce in small batches to minimise waste, use Tencel denim (which requires less water than conventional cotton denim), and design every piece to be worn for years — not one season.
